Finding the correct land site begins with a thorough understanding of the end-user's
needs. Once we have an in-depth understanding of our clients' needs, we put our
expertise into practice. Using our contacts throughout the U.S. and Canada along with
current market information, historical data and the latest research tools, TWC performs a methodical market study to ensure the best sites
are presented to our clients. Our team researches every factor that could potentially
impact your project. This includes items such as land cost comparisons,relative site work costs, possible tax
abatements, zoning, use restriction research, and general economic factors.
Due Diligence and Entitlements
Once site selection has been determined, we begin working with the applicable authorities having jurisdiction locally.
We work in tandem with our vetted consultants and engineering firms to begin the feasibility study to develop the site.
Information such as title research, boundary / property surveying, traffic impact analysis, environmental assessments, local and state requirements
are vital to the design of the project. This process is handled by our project management team and support staff.
