Our Story
In the early 1980s, Jada Leo, a visionary real estate broker, embarked on a journey to transform residential and commercial real estate. Building strong relationships with national industrial giants, he soon forged a pivotal partnership with a budding package delivery service. This collaboration led to the creation of the company’s first build-to-suit facility in Huntsville, Alabama. The success of this project sparked a wave of requests, leading to developments in South Carolina and Arkansas, setting the stage for many more to come.
By 1990, Jada and his brother Karl Leo established TWC, driven by a conservative yet ambitious approach to portfolio development. Their commitment to retaining a substantial portfolio of industrial buildings has made TWC a preferred developer for a Fortune 50 company.
Over the years, TWC has completed over 100 ground-up build-to-suit projects across the U.S. and Canada, alongside countless facility expansions and modifications. Our long-term dedication to our projects and our meticulous attention to detail set us apart.
